Allison helped me with the remodel of our 40 year old farm kitchen and our 28 year old master bathroom. The before and after transformation with both rooms was like one of those tv home shows. We recently worked with B&T to complete a large kitchen, living, and dining renovation. We spoke with several companies before selecting B&T, but selected them because Jennifer was able to work magic in creating a design that fit everything we wanted into the space and at a reasonable price. The whole crew was extremely polite and professional during the construction. Communication from the team was fantastic. Bob worked very hard to make sure the project was complete on time and without any surprises. I highly recommend! We hope to be back again soon for a bathroom remodel!

I had Ashley work with me for my master bathroom remodel, and she just got me! From our first meeting until the very end, she paid attention to my tastes and my needs and came up with a bathroom even better than I could have imagined. Her team, including main contractor Bob, were amazing and there for me every step of the way. In fact I loved them so much that I then hired them for my kitchen remodel, and again was blown away! I have since recommended them to everyone I know and cannot wait to do my next project with them one of these days

I highly recommend B&T Kitchens and Baths for your renovation! We could not be more thrilled with our completely redesigned master bathroom. B&T provided us with amazing ideas on how to re-imagine our space. The finished product is a completely transformed space that has so much more functionality than what we had before. Jennifer's design expertise and patience selecting the cabinets, tile, countertops, doors, mirrors, lighting, etc. was top notch every step of the way! The quality of the cabinets and the craftsmanship for the entire project, which involved completely gutting the space, knocking out walls, moving plumbing, adding a lot of lighting and electrical outlets, building out a walk-in closet as well as a water closet all far exceeded our expectations. They were also very careful and limited the number of people entering our home during Covid-19 to ensure we were comfortable every step of the way! This was the smoothest renovation with the best results we have EVER had and we will be back for our kitchen next!

I was someone that had no remodel experience when I walk into their showroom, I was terrified of making a mistake. We were so lucky to meet Alison, she is kind, patient and caring. She helped with our design and was there to hold our hand when we needed her. Whenever there was any issue she resolved it quickly and always put our needs first. When it came time for our walk through she found a few rough spots in our cabinets and immediately ordered new parts. I could call her anytime and if she was not in she always called me back as soon as she could. It is very hard to trust people, because of all the horror stories we hear about people hiring contractors that take their money and never complete the work. That will not happen with this company. I hope this review will let people know there is a company that they can trust and will look out for them, it is all about customer service. I also hope they will be lucky enough to find their Alison.  I would highly recommend B&T Kitchens.

B&T Kitchens and Baths did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation. Allison Norris helped us come up with the perfect design for our house. In just seven weeks, our former kitchen and dining room were combined into one huge room with all new cabinets, marble countertops, new fixtures, and tile work. B & T Kitchens and Baths is really one of the best remodeling companies in Hampton Roads. Fair prices, amazing customer service and time flexibility, great quality is what this company is about. My hours shift every week but Erin always worked around that to communicate schedules and time frames. David was very easy to work with as well. We had the pleasure of having B&T Kitchens and baths, working with Jennifer W, remodel and redesign our kitchen.  This was a huge gut job, and Jennifer took the time and patience with us; working together to make our new kitchen exactly what we wanted.  We used a contractor that B&T receommedned and we could not be any happier and pleased with his professionalism and timeliness.  He delivered the project 2 weeks ahead of schedule!  Not only is the new kitchen beautiful, but it is functional and has lots of storage - which was a major problem with the older builder's design.  Jennifer worked not only within our budget, but she listened to our problems with the old design, listened to the ideas we had, and came up with an exceptional design for our kitchen.  Thank you!

After interviewing 3 design companies, we chose Alison Norris at B&T Kitchens and Baths. She was the only designer who brought us innovative and functional ideas not only to update my 25 y.o. kitchen but also make it so much more functional and beautiful.  She made the process so much easier than we ever imagined by her accessibility and responsiveness.  With her ever present smile, she guided us "newby renovators" through each step with patience and kindess.  We love our new kitchen as much today as we did upon completion.  We will come back to B&T when we upgrade our bathrooms!

I just wanted to say "Happy Anniversary"😊. It was 1 year ago today we signed the contract with you to design our new kitchen. The experience was wonderful from start to finish and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't LOVE my new and improved kitchen. The changes you designed have actually made my life much easier, which I truly appreciate.

You have a special gift to be able to turn the ordinary into extraordinary! More importantly you achieve that while holding nervous clients hands, help guide their many decisions and fight for them like a warrior princess when the situation demands. My wife and I worked with Erin Flavin at B&T Kitchens last year on a major kitchen remodel.  We basically started from scratch.  We had specific wants and desires for cabinetry, appliances and a realistic budget to work with.  Erin came through with flying colors.  Very easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating.  We made several last minute changes which Erin happily incorporated without hessitation.  We selected quality built cherry cabinetry with some special features ( lazy susan, knife drawer, mixer cabinet, wall cabinet for oven and microwave, etc.) that the home stores could not match in quality or cost.  Erin helped coordinate our cabinets with quartz countertops and a matching custom quartz sill!  Best thing we did.  One stop shopping.  Did I mention the installation?  The quartz countertops were installed by their sub-contractor without problem.  Beautiful.  Erin made several trips to our house - before, during and after the installation just to make sure everything fit properly and fix any 'oversights' before installation.  These site visits were important and critical to the overall success of the kitchen.

Would I recommend B&T Kitchens? Absolutely.  You get what you pay for.  GREAT job.

I had a great kitchen remodel with B&T Kitchens and Baths.  I had a wonderful design and construction team.  Having an older home, there were numerous chllenges to incorporate into the design and a few once the project started.  B&T Kitchens was able to overcome these challenges to provide me with a beautiful result.  They were able to get everything I wanted into the kitchen while being respectful of my budget.  I trusted that they were doing everything to make sure I was happy with the kitchen and the project was a success.  I am so lucky for a great team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make some updates to their thome!

Alison was the first and only designer of the four companies we interviewed who came to us with "fresh and updated" ideas.  We have a 1992 "Home-A-Rama" home that is not our "forever" home.  She kept that in mind throughout the whole process.  She was always accessible to help with anything.  She was kind, funny (held my hand when needed) and filled me with confidence about the whole process.  It was so much easier than we thought because of the professionalism and communication!  She is the Best.

This week, B & T Kitchens and Baths finished a complete kitchen remodel. The project involved:

• removing all the old cabinets, soffit, floor in the foyer, kitchen, and utility room, and wallpaper;
• re-routing a water line and electrical line to accommodate changing the location of our refrigerator;
• changing overhead light fixtures to include moving one of the electrical lines;
• smoothing and leveling a concrete patch in the kitchen floor from a water pipe break years ago;
• replacing the entire circuit breaker box.

Their designer captured exactly the features I wanted and needed in the space available so as to not only create a beautiful kitchen but increase the usable space for storage. Her suggestions on the kitchen sink, cabinetry, hardware and other features (such as built-in silverware trays, cutlery tray, Lazy Susan in a corner cabinet, soft-close drawers and cabinet doors, and tilt-down drawer in front of the sink to hold sponges, dish scrubber, etc.) were excellent and right “on-the mark”. Their designer also found the perfect quartz to match the color of the new cabinets.

Everyone at B & T Kitchens and Baths–from the General Manager to the Delivery Drivers and the Cabinet Installer–were professional, attentive to details, customer-service oriented, and a delight with whom to work. The crew was professional, flexible, accommodating, adaptable to changes as the job progressed, and customer-oriented. I am delighted and very pleased with my new kitchen.

It took almost two years to nail down our kitchen remodel. It never felt right until we went to B&T and started the design process. As the plan developed and the costs came in, everything fit together. They coordinated with their contractor a complete tear out and install – from floor to ceiling, wall to wall. Being 3000 miles away and 9 months pregnant did not make for the best of circumstances when trying to design my dream kitchen. B&T made the process simple and easy for me during a very stressful time. The plans were emailed promptly and I was given careful solicited advice to aide in my decisions.

When I finally got the chance to come to your store to pick out the final touches you were incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the selections that fit my needs. You were able to narrow down select countertops and hardware that reflected the continuity and flow I was trying to achieve in my house. As a result I am happy to report the room I spend most of my time in, the kitchen, is the happiest room in our house.
